We work with service providers to run Tringify and deliver the features you use. Some help us operate merchant stores; others support our own websites and communications. The information they handle depends on the service you use.
Core hosting and delivery

Feature-specific services and communications
These providers help with specific features. When you use an AI feature, your prompt and selected content may be sent to the provider that carries out the task. Include only the information needed for the result.

Locations and transfers
Tringify’s primary hosting location is India. We also work with providers that process information in other countries. Your country or currency setting does not change where those providers operate. Our Data Processing Addendum explains the terms that apply to international processing for merchants.
Apps and providers a merchant chooses
A merchant may independently install apps or connect payment, shipping, analytics or other services. Those services can receive information within the permissions and configuration approved by the merchant. Review their privacy terms and the store’s Privacy Policy; they are not all engaged by Tringify as subprocessors.
Changes and questions
We maintain this list as our services change. For a new or replacement subprocessor handling information on a merchant’s behalf, the notice and objection process in the Data Processing Addendum applies. Contact privacy@tringify.com for information about processing relevant to your service.
